Pink Zebra Cake with Mei Hua pattern. 😊
Mei Hua pattern
Ingredients:
10g Soften butter
10g Icing sugar
10g Cake flour
10g Egg white
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients and mix well.
- Divide the batter and mix with colour.
- Put in pipping bag.
- Squeeze on the pan lined with parchement paper, and put in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Bake for 2 minutes at 160C preheated oven.
