Pink Zebra Cake 粉红斑马蛋糕

 Pink Zebra Cake with Mei Hua pattern. 😊




Mei Hua pattern

Ingredients:
 
10g   Soften butter
10g   Icing sugar
10g   Cake flour
10g   Egg white

Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Divide the batter and mix with colour.
  3. Put in pipping bag.
  4. Squeeze on the pan lined with parchement paper, and put in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  5. Bake for 2 minutes at 160C preheated oven.
