Carrot Cake 红萝卜蛋糕

I baked this carrot cake to celebrate " Valentine's Day" and Nian chu 14 (CNY day 14th). I think my last bake was in year 2020, 8th day of CNY. 😅

This carrot cake is super moist and flavoful. Everyone loves this carrot cake.😘
