Chiffon Cupcakes

I made some simple cupcakes for my mom in law to celebrate Mother's Day.😘




Chiffon Cupcakes

Ingredients:

50g   Cake flour

30g   Corn oil 

40g   Milk 

3 pcs   Egg yolks

 

3    Egg whites

1/2 tsp   Lemon juice

45g  Caster sugar


1tsp  Cocoa powder( to mix with 2tbsp of batter) for decorating  the cupcake surface.


Bake at 140°C  for 20 minutes, then increase the heat to 150°C and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
