Raspberry Cream Cake

I made this cake for my dear daughter to celebrate her birthday tomorrow. 

This cake is a bit complicated to make, but the it tastes absoblutely delicious.

My raspberry-chocolate whipped cream wasn't smooth enough, probably because I over whipped it... 😓





Raspberry Cream Cake


Ingredients : ( 6” Cake)

30g Raspberry puree, without the seeds 

35g Veg. Oil 

3 Eggs

55g Cake flour 

20g milk 

45g Sugar

1/2 tsp lemon juice/ Vinegar


Raspberry whipped cream:

55g raspberry jam, without the seeds 

300g heavy cream

10g sugar

12g milk (slightly added or decreased depending on viscosity)

Little pink food coloring(optional)


Raspberry Jelly:

75g raspberry coulis 

75ml water

6g gelatine powder, bloomed with 30ml (2 tbsp)water and melted


Raspberry Syrup:

2 tbsp raspberry jam

3 tbsp water


Raspberry white chocolate whipped cream: ( For decoration)

50g melted white chocolate

50g  raspberry whipped cream
