Chocolate Cream Cake

While baking a cake for my daughter, I bake another chocolate cake too! 😘 So, we have two cakes to savor.😄

Chocolate Cream Cake

Ingredients: (6" pan)

3         Eggs 

85g    Caster sugar 

75g    Cake flour 

15g    Cocoa powder 

15g    Unsalted butter 

35ml  Milk 

-Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C  for 40 minutes

Cake cream filling:

100g     Semi-sweet chocolate   +  100ml  Whipping cream 

350ml   Whipping cream 

Coffee syrup:

50ml  Hot water 

25g     Sugar 

3g       Coffee powder 

Ganache glaze:

25g    Chocolate 

25ml   Whipping cream
