Banana Muffin (Air Fryer)

There was one overripe banana sitting on the table, so, I used it to make banana muffins.😉



Banana Muffin  (Air Fryer) 

Ingredients: 4 muffins cup

1                  Whole egg   (Grade A)

30ml          Melted butter   

1  (80g)      Banana   

1/2tsp         Vanilla essence

35g             Brown sugar 

80g             Cake flour   

 1/4tsp        Baking soda  

1/2tsp         Baking powder   

 Some chocolate chips (optional)

Method:

  1. Melt the butter in microwave, set aside.
  2. Lightly beaten the egg and sugar together.
  3. Add in mashed banana and vanilla essence,  mix well.
  4. Add in melted butter and mix well.
  5. Lightly whisk the flour mixtures. Add into the batter in two batches, mix well. DO NOT OVER MIX IT!
  6. Add in some chocolate chips and mix well. Then scoop into muffin cups.
  7. Bake in preheated air fryer at 180°C for 15-20minutes. 
  8. TIME AND TEMPERATURE ARE FOR REFERENCE ONLY. Please adjusted it according to your Air fryer model.
