93g All Purpose Flour 普通中筋面粉

20g Caster Sugar 细砂糖 

1g Salt 盐

34g Unsalted Butter 无盐牛油

38g Water 水


Oil Dough 油皮 (8pcs):

100g All Purpose Flour 普通中筋面粉

55g Unsalted Butter 无盐牛油

Red, Green Food Coloring 红,青食物色素


Toppings 装饰:

Black Sesame Seeds 黑芝麻


(Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, 4th Rack)

(Preheat oven 170C: 30-35 minutes)
