水油皮:

125克普通面粉

40克猪油或黄油

6克糖

65克开水


油酥:

80克低筋面粉

40克猪油或黄油


黑芝麻椒盐馅:

70克熟黑芝麻

55克熟糯米粉

60克玉米油或花生油

45克蜂蜜

熟核桃仁和花生仁各20克

20克果脯

6克椒盐

提前预热烤箱至180度,放中层烘烤20分钟.


Ingredients:

Shortening dough:

80g cake flour

40g lard or butter


Black sesame and salt and pepper filling:

70g cooked black sesame seeds

55g cooked glutinous rice flour

60g corn oil or peanut oil

45g honey

20g each cooked walnuts and peanuts

20g preserved fruit( optional)

6g salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C in advance, and bake at the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
