植物油版核桃酥Walnut cookies

制作配料:

60克核桃仁、壹個雞蛋、150毫升玉米油、90克白糖、250克普通面粉、2.5克泡打粉、1克小蘇打、黑芝麻

Ingredients: 

60g walnut kernel, 1 egg, 150ml corn oil, 90g sugar, 250g plain flour, 2.5g baking powder, 1g baking soda, black sesame

Method:

  1. Baked the walnut @180C for 7 minutes. Chopped.
  2. Mix egg, oil and sugar, slightly stir it.
  3. Mix the plain flour, baking powder and baking soda. shift.
  4. Mix in the flour mixture into egg mixture. Do not over mixing it.
  5. Make 25g ball each and flatten it a bit. Put on the baking tray.
  6. Press a dent in the middle of the cookie. and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
  7. Bake at preheated oven @ 180C for 20 -22minutes.
  8. Cooled and store in container.
