There are some yogurt in the fridge, so I decided to use it to make some cheesecake tarts for tea time treats. 😋
You can eat this lemon cheesecake tart with some raspberry jam or any fruit jam or without any jam.😉
150g of biscuits. ( I used biscoff biscuits)
70g of melted butter.
250g of mascarpone. ( I used Tatura cheese)
80 g of sugar.
140g plain yogurt.
2 eggs.
25 ml of lemon.
Vanilla.
2 tablespoons of flour.
