Pineapple Tart Cookies 黄梨饼

 There are some leftover pineapple paste in the fridge, so I tried this recipe to use up the pineapple paste. This recipe is too sweet for me...😓

=Fillings 馅料 (20pcs, 15g/pc)

300g 黄梨馅 Pineapple Fillings (食谱影片链接在上 Video recipe links above)


=Main Dough 主面团 (20pcs, 15g/pc)

100g Unsalted Butter (Soften) 无盐牛油(软化)

50g Icing Sugar 糖粉

2g Vanilla Extract 香草精 

1 Egg Yolk 蛋黄

100g Cake Flour/Low Protein Flour 低筋面粉

40g Cornstarch 玉米淀粉

30g Milk Powder 奶粉

1g Salt 盐


=Green Dough 绿面团(20pcs, 1g/pc)

28g Main Dough 主面团

1g Matcha Powder 抹茶粉


=Decoration布置=

1 Egg Yolk 蛋黄

4g Vegetable Oil 植物油 


(Preheated Oven 150C: 20minutes, Egg Wash Twice, 

Preheated Oven 150C: 5minutes, 

Same Temp. On Fan Force/Switch 170C: 3minutes till golden)

(Top Bottom Heat, Middle Rack)


(预热烤箱150C: 20分钟, 刷蛋液两次,

预热烤箱150C: 5分钟,

同温度开旋风/调高170C: 3分钟至黄金)

(上下火,中层烤)
