I made some steamed pao to use up leftover red bean paste. I forgot to take pao pictures... 😅
Steamed Pao
Ingredients:
300g all-purpose flour
40g sugar, 4g yeast
160g water
1 tablespoon oil
a little salt
Filling: Red beans paste
Method:
1. Put the ingredients into a blender and blend into a smooth dough, then ferment for 10 minutes.
2. Divide 55g each, roll, and roll into round pieces. After wrap in the filling, ferment for 30 minutes.
3. Boil the water in a pot, steam over medium heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat, open a small slit, and continue to simmer for 5 minutes until cooked.
