Caterpillar Bread 毛毛虫面包

I haven't made bread for quite some time. Since there are some bread flour in the cabinet, so I make this easy and pretty bread for breakfast. My kids prefer the bread stuffed with fillings like fried egg, ham  or tuna. So I will use it to make sandwich.





Caterpillar Bread 毛毛虫面包

Ingredients:

Dough 

Bread Flour 260g

Milk powder  15g

Caster sugar 30g

Instant yeast  4g

Salt  3g

Egg  35g

Cream 30g ( I omitted this)

Milk 120g ( I used 150g)

Unsalted Butter (softened)  25g


Souffle sauce 雪芙醬

Unsalted Butter (softened)  25g

Milk at room temp 20g

Cake flour 20g

Icing sugar 18g


➡️ Preheat the oven to 175C/350F,Bake at 175C/350F for 20-22 minutes

Please adjust the baking temperature and time based on your oven.
