Fluffy Marble Butter cupcake

I've been too lazy to bake lately... Today, I feel like craving something sweet 😅 So, I baked this soft and fluffy marble butter cupcake to satisfy my craving! 😝

Fluffy Marble Butter cupcake

Ingredients:

(A) 

1. 80g  melted butter

2. 90g  cake flour 

3. 1/2 tsp baking powder

4. A pinch of salt

5. 60ml  milk

6. 4 egg yolks

7. 1tsp vanilla essence    

(B)

1. 4   egg whites

2. 70g  caster sugar

(C)

1. 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Just a cup of water steam baking in preheated 150°C oven for 25 ~ 30 minutes.

Baking time may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven. You may need to adjust your oven temperature accordingly.
