Purple Sweet Potato Pastry 紫薯酥饼

There are some left over purple sweet potato filling, so I dicided to make this pastry for tea time snack.





Purple Sweet Potato Pastry 紫薯酥饼

Paste:

Purple sweet potato 650 g

White granular sugar 60 g


Oil dough:

Purple sweet potato paste 120 g(after being handled) 

Oil 40 g

All-purpose flour 200 g(for making oil dough)

Water about 80 g


Pastry dough:

All-purpose flour 300g(for making pastry)

Lard 150g  or  Cooking Oil 135g


• Baking temperature: preheat the oven to upper heat and bottom heat 150 degrees, bake it for about 20 mins in middle of oven.
