Yeah.. finally, making this viral popular cake "Ondeh-Ondeh Cake" today. I made this cake for my elder son's birthday. Simply love the green and pandan flavour cake and gula Melaka buttercream. Hmm... This Moon cookies is my hometown~Gemas, one of the famous cookies. A lot of people will buy it whenever Chinese New Year is around. 😘 A friend asked me about this moon cookies recipe... So, I made a small batch of this cookies just to satisfy my craving too.😊 这个月亮饼干是我的家乡〜金马士, 著名的饼干之一。每当农历新年临近时，很多人都会买它来吃。一位朋友向我询问这个月饼的食谱...所以，我也做了一小批月亮饼来满足我的味蕾。 "Moon cookies"月亮饼 Ingredients: Butter/Planta(Margarine) 牛油 125g All Purpose Flour 中筋面粉 150g Corn Flour /Tapioca flour 玉米粉/木薯粉 165g Powdered Sugar 糖粉 65g-75g Egg Yolk 蛋黄 1颗 Egg wash: egg yolk 蛋黄 1 颗 water 水 1 tsp A pinch of Salt 盐一小撮 Directions: 1.
