Special request by my daughter for her birthday cake, the latest trend of princess cake with ribbons on the cake.😘







Matcha Sponge Cake with Mango and Green Grapes


Ingredients: 

3        Egg yolks

45g    Cake flour 

50ml  Milk 

30ml  Vegetable oil

5g      Matcha powder 


3         Egg whites

35g    Caster sugar 

1 Tbsp Cornstarch 

Few dashes of lemon juice


Whipped Cream Frosting:

Whipping cream 250g + Condensed Milk 20g

Whipping cream 350g + Condensed Milk 30g

Matcha powder 10g ( if you want to make green colour)


Bake at 140C for 45-50 minutes. After baking, invert the cake to cool completely.
