This seaweed crisp is very easy to make. No oil no flour and very delicious.
Crispy Roasted Seaweed Dried Fish Fillet
Ingredients:
1 pack nori seaweed
1 pack dried fish fillet
some water
Method:
- Fold the seaweed in half, cut it, fold it in half again, and cut it again. Fold into three sections and cut.
- Take five cod shreds, fold them in half, roll them with a piece of seaweed, dip a little water on the end of the seaweed, then roll them up, and that's it!
Oven: Preheat the oven, 150 degrees, turn on the fan forced mode, and bake for 13-15 minutes (pay attention to the last 2 minutes, after baking until golden brown, you can take it out, so that the color is very crisp, and it will have a burnt smell after baking! )
For Air fryer: 160 degrees, bake for 5 minutes.
紫菜鳕鱼丝
材料:
1包 海苔紫菜
1包 鳕鱼丝
少许 水
做法:
- 将紫菜对折,剪开,再对折,再剪开。折三段,剪开。
- 取五根鳕鱼丝,对折,卷上一片紫菜,沾一点水在紫菜末端,然后卷起来,就好啦!
烤箱:预热烤箱,150度,上下火,开旋风,烤13-15分钟(注意最后2分钟,烤至金黄后,即可取出,这样的颜色就很脆了,烤过了就会有焦味!)
气炸锅:160度,5分钟
