Pumpkin Bread Loaf

The bread with pumpkin puree has a very soft taste, moist, and can also delay the aging of the bread. Simply love the pumpkin colour in this loaf.  😍



Pumpkin Bread Loaf


Ingredients:

200g        Bread flour   

60g          All purpose flour   

30g          Sugar    

1/2tsp     Salt

 6g           Active dry yeast  

 70ml      Skim Milk

15g         Powdered milk   

1pc         Whole egg   

120g       Pumpkin puree  

30g         Unsalted butter   


Method:

Same as previous bread loaf making!
