There were some frozen durian flesh in the frezer, so I decided to use it to make this simple yet delicious durian cake.
You can put as much durian puree in the cake as you like, but not too much, otherwise the cake won't hold up!😅
Since I didn't have enough of whipped cream frosting to decorate the cake, I just decorated it with leaves.😉
Durian Cake
Ingredients:
60 g Cake flour (or plain flour)
30 g Sugar
30 g Milk
40 g Durian puree
30 g Vegetable oil
3 Egg yolk
A pinch of salt
3 Egg white
40 g Sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Whipped Cream Frosting:
200g Whipping cream
25g Caster sugar
30g Durian puree
*Some durian puree for filling.
