There was half a yam/taro left in the refrigerator, so I used it to make this air fryer yam/taro egg tart. It is delicious, low in calories and not burdensome. Girls who are afraid of getting fat can make it!
见冰箱里头还有剩下的半个芋头,于是便拿来做这个空气炸锅芋泥蛋挞,美味低卡无负担,怕胖的美眉可以做来吃啦!
Air Fryer Taro Egg Tarts
Material:
Taro puree:
350g Taro/Yam (cut into pieces and steamed, about 20 minutes)
1 tsp Purple sweet potato powder
20g White sugar
30g Rolled Oats
1-2 Tbsp Milk
Custard:
2 eggs
130g milk
25g white sugar
Method:
- Slice the taro and steam over high heat for about 20 minutes. Crush the steamed taro, add purple sweet potato powder, sugar and oatmeal, mix evenly. If it feels too dry, add a little milk.
- Apply a little oil on the mold to prevent sticking.
- Divide the taro paste into equal portions, each one is about 50g. There are about 7-8 portions.
- Preheat air fryer at 175C for 5 minutes.
- Press the taro paste into the mold with your finger and press it into a taro shell. Then, prick it a few times with a fork (optional). Bake in air fryer for 8 minutes at 175C.
- Beat the eggs slightly, add sugar and stir evenly, then add milk and stir. Filter and set aside.
- After the taro tart crust is baked, pour the custard directly into it and bake for another 10 minutes at 175C.
空气炸锅芋泥蛋挞
材料:
芋泥:
350g 芋头(切块蒸熟,约20分钟)
1 tsp 紫薯粉
20g 白砂糖
30g 燕麦片
1-2 Tbsp 牛奶
蛋奶糊:
2颗 鸡蛋
130g 牛奶
25g 白砂糖
做法:
- 将芋头切片,大火蒸熟,约20分钟左右。把蒸好的芋头压烂,加入紫薯粉,糖和燕麦片,搅拌均匀。如果觉得很干,可以加入少许牛奶。
- 先把模具抹上少许油防粘。
- 把芋泥分成等份,每一粒约50g。约有7-8个。
- 预热空气炸锅175C ,5分钟。
- 把芋泥用手在模具里推开,按压成塔皮。然后,用叉子插几下(可省略这个步骤)。送进空气炸锅烤8分钟,175C。
- 把鸡蛋稍微打散,加入糖搅拌均匀,再加入牛奶搅拌。过滤备用。
- 芋泥塔皮烤好后,直接倒入蛋奶糊,再烤10分钟,175C。
