Orange Yogurt Cake 香橙酸奶蛋糕

This is a low calorie yogurt cake. No flour no oil cake!  This yogurt cake is a refreshing, moist, delicate and soft. It tastes great when refrigerated.



OrangeYogurt Cake 香橙酸奶蛋糕


Ingredients:

200 g yogurt 

2 eggs

20 g cornstarch 

1 Tbsps  Orange juice

Some grated orange peels (optional)

1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)


Method:

1. Mix Greek yogurt and sugar (you can adjust according to your preferred sweetness)

2. Add 2 whole eggs, orange peels and orange juice into the yogurt mixture.  Mix it well.

3. Sift the cornstarch to the mixture. 

4. Prepare a baking pan. Crumple the parchment paper. Grease the pan with melted butter. Place the paper.

5. Pour the batter. 

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 40-45mins. 

7. Let it cool down, then keep in the fridge.

8. Sprinkle top with icing sugar before serving for better taste.
