Mango Tapioca Pearls/Mango Sago Dessert with Coconut Milk 芒果西米椰奶甜品

This chilled tropical drink is milky, sweet and fresh to the taste and feeling. The sweetness of the mangoes plus the milk and coconut milk would totally delight your taste buds!

Here’s an easy mango recipe to try. With just a few ingredients, you can enjoy this yummy dessert. Yum!





Mango Tapioca Pearls/ Mango Sago Dessert with Coconut Milk

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup   Tapioca Pearls / Sago 

200 ml     Coconut Milk 

500ml      Milk

30g          Sugar 

2              Ripe Mango  (cubed)


Method:

1. Cook sago in boiling water until it turns to be transparent. Strain with water and soak in cold water.

2. Add sugar, milk , coconut milk and mango cubes in a blender. Blend into smoothie. 

3. Reserve half of the cubed mango and set aside for use as toppings for the dessert. 

4. Mix mango smoothie,  cubed mango and sago.

5. Scoop into bottles or mugs.

6. Chill in refrigerator 2-3 hours for better taste and serve. Add mango cubes on top for garnishing.
