I used Airfryer to bake this small cake. It turned out great, yeah ❤️
Airfryer Coconut Cake
Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/3 cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
a pinch of salt
Method:
- Preheat the aireryer for 5 minutes at 160C.
- Add in egg, sugar and vanilla, and whisk until fluffy.
- Add in oil and milk, and mix well.
- Sift in flour, baking powder, salt and combine well.
- Last add in desiccated coconut, combine well.
- Pour the batter into the pan. Top with some desiccated coconut.
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 160C for 25mins.
