Airfryer Coconut Cake

I used Airfryer to bake this small cake. It turned out great, yeah ❤️



Airfryer Coconut Cake

Ingredients:

1 egg

1/2 cup flour

1/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup oil

1/3 cup desiccated coconut

2 tbsp milk

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

a pinch of salt


Method:

  1. Preheat the aireryer for 5 minutes at 160C.
  2. Add in egg, sugar and vanilla, and whisk until fluffy.
  3. Add in oil and milk, and mix well.
  4. Sift in flour, baking powder, salt and combine well.
  5. Last add in desiccated coconut, combine well.
  6. Pour the batter into the pan.  Top with some desiccated coconut.
  7. Bake in pre-heated oven at 160C for 25mins.
