My sixth batch of CNY cookies : Peanut Cookies 😘

For the filings, I used store bought peanut powder. Save time and easy job!😉










Peanut Cookies花生酥

Ingredients:-
Crust
1) 150g butter
2) 210g icing sugar
3) 93g egg liqiud
4) 450g all purpose flour
5) 30g peanut powder
6) 2g cocoa powder
7) 1g charcoal powder

~ Mix all ingredients except number 6 and 7. Use a spatula to mix then use hand knead til all incorperated.  Take 100g dough mix with 2g cocoa powder and mix well. Take another 100g dough mix with 1g charcoal powder and mix well. Weight each dough 8g for the outer skin.

Filling
1) 180g baked purpose flour
2) 105g icing sugar
3) 380g peanut pieces
4) 5g salt
5) 70g peanut cream
6) 100g peanut oil
~ Mix all ingredients by hand and divide 7g each dough for filling.

~Bake at 175C for 20-22 minutes.

2)105克糖粉
3)380克花生碎
4)5克盐
5)70克花生酱
