This Moon cookies is my hometown~Gemas, one of the famous cookies. A lot of people will buy it whenever Chinese New Year is around. 😘 A friend asked me about this moon cookies recipe... So, I made a small batch of this cookies just to satisfy my craving too.😊 这个月亮饼干是我的家乡〜金马士, 著名的饼干之一。每当农历新年临近时，很多人都会买它来吃。一位朋友向我询问这个月饼的食谱...所以，我也做了一小批月亮饼来满足我的味蕾。 "Moon cookies"月亮饼 Ingredients: Butter/Planta(Margarine) 牛油 125g All Purpose Flour 中筋面粉 150g Corn Flour /Tapioca flour 玉米粉/木薯粉 165g Powdered Sugar 糖粉 65g-75g Egg Yolk 蛋黄 1颗 Egg wash: egg yolk 蛋黄 1 颗 water 水 1 tsp A pinch of Salt 盐一小撮 Directions: 1. Beat butter and sugar till fluffy, add in egg yolk and continue to beat. Add in both flour and mix till well combine. 2. Roll out the dough and cut out in moon shaped.
