Cuppuccino coffee Cookies卡布奇诺咖啡饼干
Ingredients:
80g butter ( can use 40g margarine & 40g butter)
60g powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
35ml coconut milk
2 tsps instant coffee powder (+ 1 tsp hot water)
1 tsp cuppuccino coffee paste
200g-250g tapioca flour/sago flour (50g flour added gradually to check the consistency)*
Enough chocochips
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minuets.
