【Ingredients】10-12 each 

★:dough

200g unsalted butter 

140g Powdered sugar  

40g Egg yolk  

vanilla oil  


A:Chocolate chips and cranberries

80g  cake flour  

15g  Chocolate chips  

15g  Cranberries  

*cut into small pieces(chopped)


B:Earl grey tea and Orange peels

80g  Cake flour   

2g  Earl grey tea   

30g  Orange peels  

*cut into small pieces


C:Cocoa and Almond

80g  Cake flour  

12g  Cocoa powder  

18g  Sliced almonds 


D:Matcha and White chocolate

80g  Cake flour  

1 tsp  Matcha  

30g  White chocolate  

*cut into small pieces


【Directions】

(★:dough) 

①Mix butter (room temperature) with a spatula, add powdered sugar and mix well.

②Add the egg yolk, and mix.

③Add vanilla oil,mix.

④Divide this butter mixture into four.

Add flour and other ingredients to make each dough.A~D

⑤Fold it until the lumps are formed. Flatten and let it sit in a fridge for a an hour.

⑥Take the dough out from the fridge, press it to soften a little. 

Make a stick 20cm long.

⑦Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

⑧Slice the dough into 0.4in  thick. 

⑨Put them on the baking tray.

⑩Preheat an oven to 338 °F/170℃. In the meantime, let the dough sit in a freezer.

⑪Bake it at 338 °F/170℃ for 15 min. 

⑫Cool completely on wire rack. It's all done!
