Pepperoni Pizza 意大利辣香肠比萨饼

What to eat for lunch? So, pizza is a good choice, simple and quick to make.




Pepperoni Pizza 意大利辣香肠比萨饼

Ingredients :

Dough: 

300g    bread flour

60g      all purpose flour

230ml  warm water

4g         salt

5g        dry yeast

20g      sugar

2 Tbsps   olive oil 


Topping: 

4 Tbsps  Pizza sauce or Tomato sauce

Mozzarella cheese

Pepperoni

Cherry Tomatoes, sliced

Pitted Green Olives

Smoked bacon bits


Method:

1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, mix well until it comes together to form a dough. Knead until smooth and all flour is incorporated and dough is no longer sticky.

2. Grease a bowl with another tablespoon of oil, coat dough ball with oil and cover with a damp towel. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Keep in the fridge overnight. Or you can shape it straight away and bake.

3. Next day, take out the dough and leave on the counter for 1 hour.

4. Grease a pan with more oil, pat dough out using your finger tips to 10"-12" in diameter. Spread with sauce, top with cheese and toppings and bake in a preheated 200°C oven (fan force) for 8-10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melty. Makes two 12" pizzas.
