I baked a small batch of matcha butter cookies for celebrating Christmas Eve. The cookies are delicious.
I coated the cookies 👆 with white chocolate and sprinkle some sugar bits. Don't they look very Christmassy! 😉😘 Hohoho....😜
Christmas Matcha Butter Cookie 抹茶曲奇
Ingredients:
100g Unsalted butter 无盐黄油
20g Egg 鸡蛋
60g Powdered sugar 糖粉
125g Cake flour 低筋面粉
14g Matcha powder 抹茶粉
Bake at 160C for 15-20 mins
