Blueberry Tart & Strawberry Tart 蓝莓挞和草莓挞

I made some simple and without baking fruit tarts for New Year's Eve dessert. Easy to make and yet delicious too. These fruit tarts are better to consume on the same day that you make. The tart will get soggy and wet becauce of the custard sauce.


Blueberry Tart & Strawberry Tart 


Ingredients:

Tart shell: 

90g     digestive biscuits

45g      unsalted butter


Mousse filling:

90g     cream cheese

60g     whipped cream ( Warm it)

30g     granulated sugar

6g      gelatine powder

1-2Tbsps  Wildberry jam or blueberry iam


Toppings:

Appropiate amount of  fresh strawberries and blueberries


Method:

  1. Melted butter mix with crushed biscuit, then put one tablespoon of biscuit into tart mold, press firmly and keep in the fridge.
  2. Add gelatin powder into warm whipping cream and stir well, set aside.
  3. Slightly whip the cream cheese. Add sugar and mix well.
  4. Add the gelatin whipped cream and mix well.
  5. Add the fruit  jam and mix well.
  6. Then, pour the mousse filling into a tart tin with a biscuit base.
  7. Top with blueberries and strawberries for garnish. Put it in the refrigerator. Sprinkle with some powdered sugar before eating.


蓝莓挞和草莓挞

材料:

蛋挞皮:

90克      消化饼干

45克      无盐黄油


慕斯餡:

90g         奶油乳酪

60g         鮮奶油   ( 加热)

30g         砂糖

6g           吉利丁粉

1-2 汤匙     野莓果酱或蓝莓果酱 

配料:

适量新鲜草莓和蓝莓


制作步骤:

  1. 融化的牛油与压碎的饼干混合,然后将一汤匙饼干碎放入挞模中,用力压实,然后放入冰箱冷藏。
  2. 将吉利丁粉加入温热的淡奶油搅拌均匀,挂置一旁。
  3. 把奶油奶酪搅拌一下,加入糖搅拌均匀。
  4. 加入刚才的吉利丁淡奶油搅拌均匀。
  5. 加入果酱拌匀。
  6. 然后,将慕斯餡倒入带有饼干底的挞模中。
  7. 把蓝莓和草莓放到上面装饰。 放进冰箱里。 吃之前撒上一些糖粉。
