Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies 巧克力核桃曲奇

Ingredients:

(A)

125g       Butter

85g         Caster sugar

1/4 tsp   Vanilla essence

1/4 tsp   Instant coffee powder or premium coffee emulco

1 egg


(B) Sifted

200g      All purpose flour

2 tbsp    Cocoa powder

1 tsp      Baking soda


(C) 

100g   Choco-chips

60g     Walnut (toasted and chopped coarsely)


Method:

1. Cream (A) till well-combined, add (B) and mix well. Then add (C) and mix well.

2. Use teaspoon to shape into balls and arrange on greased baking tray. Bake at 180⁰C for about 15-20 minutes till firm.

3. Removed from the oven and leaves to cool before storing.

125克牛油 

85克         细砂糖

1/4小匙   香草香精

1/4小匙   即溶咖啡粉或特香咖啡精 

1个          鸡蛋 


(B) 一起过筛

200克   普通面粉 

2大匙   可可粉  

1小匙   苏打粉


(C) 

100克      巧克力粒 

60克        核桃(烘香切粗粒)


做法:

1. 将(A)料打匀,加入(B)料搅拌均匀,最后加入(C)料拌匀。

2. 用茶匙将混合物逐粒放在铺了油纸的烤盘上,以180⁰C烘约15-20分钟。

3. 取出待冷,即可收藏。
