巧克力莲蓉月饼 Chocolate Mooncake

First time to try this recipe, hopefully, this chocolate mooncake is delicious.






巧克力莲蓉月饼 Chocolate Mooncake 


Ingredients :

25g butter (牛油)

55g icing sugar (糖粉)

1 egg grade A(鸡蛋)

100g plain flour (普通面粉)

1/4 tsp salt (盐)

20g chocolate powder / cocoa powder (巧克力粉或可可粉)

1 tbsp milk (牛奶水)


400g Tiramisu lotus paste (提拉米苏莲蓉馅)

50g toasted walnut (烘香核桃)


Method:

1. Sofen the butter, then add in icing sigar and mix well.

2. Add in lightly beaten egg in 2-3 batches, and mix well.

3. Add in sifted flour and chocolate powder and salt.Mix well. Cover with  cling wrap and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.

5. MIx the Tiramisu paste with toasted walnuts. Divide the paste into 30g each for making 50g mooncake. Round it and st aside.

6. Take out the mooncake skin dough from fridge. Divide into 20g each.

7.  Wrap in the filling,  round it and rub with some plain flour, and put it in a cake mold, knock out and place it in a baking tray.

6. Bake in preheated oven 180C for 12 minutes, take it out, rest for 30 minutes, and then bake for another 15 minutes. REmove from oven and let cool.

7. Store in an air tight container and wait for 2 days of oil return,  the crust will be shiny and soft.
