FUDGY BROWNIES SHINY CRUST

This brownie is melt in your mouth, very easy and fast to make. No mixer needed to make this brownie. Rich and fudgy brownie with shiny crust. Remember not to over bake the cake. 😉




FUDGY BROWNIES  SHINY CRUST (mold:20x20cm)


Ingredients :

(A)

200g   Caster sugar

3          Eggs


(B)

150g    All purpose flour

 50       Unsweetened Cocoa powder

1/4 tsp  Salt 

(C)

75g     Butter / margarine

60ml   Cooking oil

225g   Dark Chocolate Blocked


Topping: (Any topping)

Oreo biscuit, chocolate chip, almond slices and coconut flakes


Method :

  1. Use double boiler method, steam chocolate blocks, cooking oil and butter/margarine at the same time until the chocolate melts. Set aside.
  2. Whisk the egg and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Add ingredients B (sifted)
  4. Add ingredient C.  Stir until well incorporated.
  5. Prepare a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine or line with baking paper. Pour in the batter, tap a ew times. Arrange the topping onto batter.
  6. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15 mins. Then reduce to 175/160C  and continue to bake for 20 mins.
  7. Test doneness with a stick, if it doesn't stick, it means it's cooked. Remove from oven, and let it cool completely in the pan before cutting.
