Marble Red Velvet Chocolate Cake大理石红丝绒巧克力蛋糕

Marble Red Velvet Chocolate Cake大理石红丝绒巧克力蛋糕


Ingredients: ( 8 "baking pan)

250g         Butter

150g         Castor sugar

5                Egg yolks(grade A)

1 tsp         Vanilla essence

3 Tbsps    Condensed milk

250g         Cake flour

1 tsp          Baking powder


5                Egg whites (grade A )

50g           Castor sugar


For Red Velvet batter:

2 Tbsps     Milk

1 tsp         Cocoa powder

1 tsp         Red food colouring


For Chocolate batter:

2 Tbsps   Cocoa powder

1 tsp         Chocolate emulco


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 160C.

2. In a large bowl sift flour and baking powder. Stir and set aside.

3. In a separate large bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually 

add in the egg yolks and beat well.

4. Add in condensed milk and  vanilla essence and beat well.

5.  Gradually add in the dry ingredients and mix after each addition until well combined. 

6. Beat the egg whites and sugar until soft peak. Mix in egg batter and mix well.

7. Pour the batter into an 8"  baking pan lined with parchment paper. 

8. Bake in preheated oven @ 160 ° C and bake for 50-60 minutes. Please follow the suitability of each oven.

9. Remove from the pan, then let cool completely.
