Bubur Cha Cha摩摩喳喳

好久都没有煮摩摩喳喳了!见冰箱里还有一些剩下的番薯,紫薯和芋头,于是动手煮来吃呗!😉


It's been a long time since I cooked Bubur cha cha! Seeing that there are still some leftover orange sweet potatoes, purple sweet potatoes and taro in the refrigerator, so I decided to cook! 😉



Bubur Cha Cha摩摩喳喳


Ingredients:

200g     Orange Sweet Potato 

200g     Purple Sweet Potato

200g     Yam 

40g       Sago

200ml   Coconut Milk 

4 pcs     Pandan Leafs 

1000ml  Water 

A pinch of Salt

300g Palm Sugar


Jelly Dough:

50g  Tapioca Flour 

30g   Hot Water 


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Dice the Orange and purple sweet potatoes and yam.

2. Steam yam, orange and purple sweet potatoes till cooked.

3. Pour sago into hot water and cook till transparent then soak in cold water for later use. 

4. Tapioca flour mix with hot water and make into a dough then cut into a cube shape.

5. Put tapioca pieces into hot water and cook until floats up then soak in cold water for later use.

6. Pour in water into a pot, add Pandan leaves, add palm sugar and cook until boiled.

7. Pour in coconut milk and pinch of salt. Boil for 2 minutes.

8. Add in yam, orange and purple sweet potatoes and tapioca pieces  into boiling soup and continue to boil for 2 minutes. Bubur Cha Cha is ready to serve.
