Mango Yogurt Cake 芒果酸奶蛋糕

This cool dessert is very refreshing. The decoration of the mango slices on the cake looks beautiful too! 😍






Mango Yogurt Cake 芒果酸奶蛋糕


Ingredients (6" pan):


Mango Yogurt  filling:

300g       Plain Yogurt

300g       Mango Puree

20g         Sugar

3tsps      Gelatin Powder

30g        Hot water

6pcs      Fresh mango Cubes


Mango Jelly:

250g     Mango puree

1 tsp     Sugar

2tsps     Gelatin Powder

30g       Hot Water

Some Mango slices( For making Mango flower decoration)


Method:

For making the Mango yogurt filling:

1. In a bowl, combine the gelatin and the hot water. Mix until they are combined and sit in a bowl of hot water to desolve the gelatin.

2. Add the sugar into the yogurt and lightly stir the yogurt. Add in mango Puree. Mix well.

3.  Add in the desolved gelatin mixture and mix it well. 

4. Pour the Mango yogurt mixture into the mould. Smooth it out. Freeze for 20 minutes.


For making Mango Jelly:

1. Add the gelatin powder in hot water and stir to desolve the gelatin. Then, add into mango puree, add in sugar and mix well.

2. Pour onto the set cake ( after freeze for20 minutes) and decorate the cake with some fresh mango slices.

3. Chill the cake for 3-4 hours until it's set or overnight.


Note:

You may decorate the cake with mango slices the next day.
