Black Sesame Walnut Gong Zai Bing 黑芝麻坚果核桃公仔饼

I was eyeing this recipe last year... finally, I made it this year! Last minute to make these nutty cookies, so I can't taste them yet. I need to wait for three days until the cookies become soft.😉

黑芝麻坚果核桃公仔饼


材料:

(A)

糖浆  200克

玉米油 / 花生油  60克

碱水  1茶匙


(B)

面粉  230克

黑芝麻粉  50克


(C)

烤香核桃 40克(搅碎)

烤香的白瓜子 35克

烤香的黑白芝麻20克


做法:


1. 将所有材料(A),搅拌均匀。

2. 加入(B),拌成均匀的面团。

3. 把容器盖上,放置休面2个小时或至面团不粘手。

4. 加入(C),把面团分割,搓圆,放入木模按压出形状。

5. 预热烤箱,以150度烘烤15分钟。

6. 待凉10分钟后刷上蛋液,再放入烤箱以160度继续烘烤10-15分钟至金黄色或熟即可。 


Black Sesame Walnut Gong Zai Bing

Ingredients :

(A)

200g    Golden syrup

60g      Corn oil / Peanut oil

1tsp(7g) Alkaline water 


(B)

230g  All purpose flour

50g    Black sesame powder 

40g    RoastedWalnuts (chopped)

35g    Roasted white melon seeds

20g    Roasted black and white sesame seeds 


Method: 


1. Mix all the ingredients(A)until well combine. 

2. MIx in (B),use a spatula to mix and form to soft dough.

3. . Cover the container and let it rest for 2 hours or until the dough does not stick to your hands.

4. Add (C), divide the dough. Divide the dough, roll it into a ball and pressing firmly into the mooncake mould. 

5. Bake in preheated oven at 150C for 15 minutes,remove from oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

6. Glaze with egg yolk and place it back to oven,then turn the temperature to 160C bake for another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
