This chiffon cake is a light and airy. I decorate it with Strawberry Cheese Milk Foam. Since I don't have any strawberry, so, I used golden berry to decorate the cake. I sprinkle some rose petals onto it. Wow, it looks so beautiful! The cake not only looks beautiful, but yummy!😘

Strawberry Cheese Milk Foam Chiffon Cake 🍓
草莓芝士奶盖戚风蛋糕
Ingredients:
For Chiffon Cake:
3 Egg yolk
30g Oil
45g Milk
55g Cake flour
3 Egg white
45g sugar
A few drops of lemon juice
Strawberry Cheese Milk Foam:
150g Creamcheese
20g Sugar
80g Whipping Cream
25g -35g Milk
40g Strawberry Puree/jam/paste
Method:
- Add in egg yolks, milk and oil and whisk till well combined.
- Add in sifted flour and mix well.
- Add lemon juice into egg whites and whisk till foamy. Slowly add in sugar and continue beating until peak.
- Fold in whites into yolk mixture in three batches.
- Pour batter into 6" pan.
- Preheated oven to 170°C and bake chiffon for 35 - 40 mins.
- Tap the pan on the table to release air bubbles in the cake and quickly invert the cake to cool it down completely.
- Whisk cream cheese and sugar until well combine. Add in whipping cream and beat until soft peak. Add in strawberry jam and mix well. Pour in milk in few batches to get a right consistency that you want and mix well.
- Use a spatula and tap lightly the strawberry cheese cream onto cake. By using tapping method to let the cream cheese to flow naturaly to the cake edges.
- Decorate the cake as you like.
