Banana walnuts bread is a good way to solve overripe bananas.😊

No one likes to eat overripe bananas. A good way to use it to make bread. With raisins, the bread has a little natural sweetness. If you like sweeter, you can add some brown sugar. This bread has the sweetness of bananas and the crispness of walnuts. It is very good for breakfast.

烂熟的香蕉没人喜欢吃,拿来做面包非常好,加了葡萄干,面包有一点自然甜度,喜好更甜的可以加些红糖。这款面包既有香蕉的香甜又有核桃的香酥,做早餐非常好。

这个面包的口感扎实,有较劲,越吃越香。



Banana walnuts bread香蕉核桃面包

Ingredients:

ripe banana 2

flour 250g

dry active yeast 1.5 tsp

pinch of salt

brown sugar 2 tbsp (optional)

walnut 50g

raisins 30g

coconut oil or butter 15g

little milk if need


配方:

熟透的香蕉 2 个

面粉 250 克

干酵母粉 1.5茶勺

盐 一点点

红糖 2汤勺(可选)

核桃仁 50 克

葡萄干 30 克

椰子油或黄油 15 克


Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients except oil. Knead untill a soft dough forms.

2. Add in oil and knead unill the dough is visibly smooth. 

3. Cover the kneaded dough and proof in the fridge overnight.

4. Next day, take out the dough and rest in room temperature for 2 hours.

5. Without kneading, divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Round it with the palm of your hand and cover it,  rest for 15 minutes. 

6. Flaten the dough, round it again, and put it in the baking tray.

7. Cover the dough and proof until double in size.

8. Preheat the oven at 180C.

9. Bake in the middle rack for 18-20 minutes or until the bread  surface becomes light golden brown.


方法:

1. 混合所有成分除椰油。揉成柔软的面团。

2. 加入椰油并揉成面团,面团看起来光滑。

3. 盖上揉好的面团并放进冰箱中醒发过夜。

4. 第二天,取出面团,在室温下静置2小时。

5. 不用揉捏,将面团分成4等份。滚圆,然后保鲜膜覆盖,静置15分钟。

6.  将面团压平再滚圆,放在烤盘上。

7.  将面团覆盖上,发酵至两倍大。

8.  烤箱预热至180°C。

9.  在中层架子上烘烤18 - 20分钟,或直到面包表面变成浅金黄色。
