This soft Garlic Butter Parmesan cheese buns are really great. My kitchen filled with aroma of garlic and parmesan cheese while the buns are baking in the oven. They smell so good and delicious too!
Ingredients:
Bread Flour 200g 面包粉
All purpose flour 80g 通用面粉
Milk powder 15g 奶粉
Caster sugar 30g 细砂糖
Levain 100g 酸种
Water 70ml 水
Dry yeast 1g 干酵母( Optional)
Salt 3g 盐
Egg 1pc 鸡蛋
Unsalted Butter (soften) 30g 无盐黄油(软化)
Parmesan cheese powder 帕玛森起司粉 适量
Parsley 巴西里叶 适量
Garlic cream大蒜奶油:
Unsalted butter无盐奶油 80g
Garlic 蒜泥 12g
Salt盐巴 1.5g
~All materials are put into plastic bags, just knead evenly(全部材料放到塑胶袋,揉均匀就好)
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients except butter. Knead untill a soft dough forms.
2. Add in butter and knead unill the dough is visibly smooth and elastic.
3. Cover the kneaded dough and proof till double or trible in size( about 2.5 hours - 3.5 hours).
4. Without kneading, divide the dough into 12-13 small portions, each about 50g-55g. Round it with the palm of your hand and cover it and rest for 15 minutes.
5. Take one of the dough, roll it into a rectangle, and roll it up. Repeat the same steps for the rest.
6. Spray some water and dip it with Parmesan cheese powder.
7. Ferment for 60 minutes at room temperature.
8. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Before entering the oven, make a slit in the center, squeeze garlic butter.
9. Bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
10. Spread an appropriate amount of parsley while the buns are still hot for decoration.
