Baked Donuts/Doughnuts 烤甜甜圈

Baked Donuts 
烤甜甜圈


Ingredients:

260 g all-purpose flour

50 g  cake flour

7 g salt

35 g sugar

5 g instant yeast

150 g whole milk

40 g melted unsalted butter

65 g water

30 g  Melted butter **(for brushing the surface of donuts before sending into the oven, about one tablespoon of butter)


Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead till smooth dough, take out the dough onto a floured surface and lightly knead it. Set aside and rest for 1hour or until double in size.
  2. Punch it down, roll it out to a 1/2 inch thickness. 
  3. Cut out donut shape and set aside to rise for second time for 45-60 minutes.
  4. Spread the melted butter, put it in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. After cooling, dip in chocolate glaze.
原料:
260 克 通用面粉
50 克 蛋糕粉
7 克 盐
34 克 糖
5克速溶酵母
150 克 全脂牛奶
40 克融化的无盐黄油
30 克融化的无盐黄油**(用于在送入烤箱之前刷甜甜圈表面,大约一汤匙黄油)

做法:

  1. 将所有材料混合,揉成光滑的面团,取出面团放在撒了面粉的表面,轻轻揉搓。 静置一小时或两倍大。
  2. 排气,把它擀成 1/2 英寸厚。
  3. 切割出甜甜圈形状,搁置一边,第二次发酵 45-60 分钟。
  4. 抹上融化奶油,放进烤箱烘烤10-12分钟。
  5. 待凉后,沾上巧克力酱。
