Apple pie with custard

There are three apples in the fridge... so I used them to make this yummy German apple pie.😘





Apple pie with custard

Ingredients:

Custard:

1 egg

50 grams of sugar

250 ml milk

15 g corn starch

~~ cook until thickened over medium heat, stirring frequently, set aside.


Pie:

2 eggs

100 g of sugar

100 ml warm milk

1 tsp vanilla 

200 g of flour

10 g baking powder

2 -3 apples ( cut into cubes)


Method:

  1. Lightly beaten the eggs and sugar.
  2. Add in vanilla essence and milk, mix well.
  3. Sift the flour and add into batter.
  4. Mix in apples cubes
  5. Pour into baking pan
  6. Decorate the dough with custard pudding
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 170 ° C
