There are three apples in the fridge... so I used them to make this yummy German apple pie.😘
Apple pie with custard
Ingredients:
Custard:
1 egg
50 grams of sugar
250 ml milk
15 g corn starch
~~ cook until thickened over medium heat, stirring frequently, set aside.
Pie:
2 eggs
100 g of sugar
100 ml warm milk
1 tsp vanilla
200 g of flour
10 g baking powder
2 -3 apples ( cut into cubes)
Method:
- Lightly beaten the eggs and sugar.
- Add in vanilla essence and milk, mix well.
- Sift the flour and add into batter.
- Mix in apples cubes
- Pour into baking pan
- Decorate the dough with custard pudding
- Bake for 30-40 minutes at 170 ° C
