This Chocolate Cupcake has a very chocolatety fragrant , I thought it would be very sweet but not ! It does not become stiff after kept in the refrigerator . Very yummy!

Chocolate Cupcake巧克力杯子蛋糕
Ingredients 材料 :
100g Butter( Room temperature) 牛油 (室温)
190g Caster Sugar 细糖
2 pcs Eggs 鸡蛋
3/4 tsp Vanilla Essence 香草香精
125ml Milk 牛奶
1 tsp Instant Coffee Powder

125ml Hot Water ( Mix coffee powder in hot warer)热水 (加入 1 小匙咖啡粉融化)
190g Cake Flour 低粉
1/4 tsp Salt 盐
3 tsps Baking Powder发粉
1 tsp Baking Soda 苏打粉

40g Cocoa Powder 可可粉
40g Chocolate chips 巧克力豆

Method:
1. Sift cake flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder.
2. Add baking soda to the milk and stir until combined
3. Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy and pale in colour, add vanilla essence, mix well, add eggs in portions, and mix well.
4. Add milk, mix well, add half of the dry ingredients, mix evenly; add coffee liquid, after mixing evenly, then add the remaining flour, and mix well.
5. Scoop it into a paper cup about 80% full, bake in the preheated oven at 180C for about 25 minutes.

3. 将牛油和白糖搅拌至松发和泛白,加入香草香精,搅拌均匀后,分次加入鸡蛋,搅拌均匀
4. 加入牛奶,搅拌均匀,加入一半的粉类,切拌均匀,加入咖啡液体,切拌均匀后,再加入剩下的粉类,切拌均匀
5. 放入纸杯内约 8 分满,放入预热后的烤箱,180C烤大约 25 分钟即可。
