Ham and Cheese Rolls

These Ham and Cheese Rolls are seriously so good! The bread is soft, fluffy and filled with smoked ham and cheese. There're great for breakfast, lunch or snack.😘






Ham and Cheese Rolls

Ingredients :


200g High protein flour

60g  All purpose flour

20g  Sugar

3g    Iinstant dry yeast

1g    Salt

One Egg +  milk 180g 

30g  Butter/planta 


Method:

1) Mixing all ingredients (except butter) together. knead till you get a dough.

2) Knead in butter, incorporate well and knead till you achieve a smooth dough.

3) Turn the dough out onto a lightly flour surface, round it and rest for 10 minutes.

4) Cut the dough into 8 portions, flaten each dough into a teardrop shape. Place the ham and a piece of cheese onto the thicker side of the dough then roll into a tight roll. Tuck the point under and place on  pans lined with parchment paper.

5) Put in the oven (without switch on) for 1 hour allow it to rise.

6) Bake in preheated oven of 180°C for 15- 18 mins until the rolls are golden brown, puffed and baked through.

7) Remove from pan and left it to cool.
