Donuts甜甜圈

This recipe is easy to make and produces a very indulgent little treat! Make it once and you’ll never use a different recipe for donuts. It’s soo good!😘😉





Donuts 甜甜圈

Ingredients材料:

Dough面团:

200g milk牛奶

40g sugar糖

8g Instant yeast即溶酵母

1/2 tsp salt盐

400g flour面粉

1 egg蛋

40g butter牛油


Sugar Glaze糖霜:

85g   Powdered sugar糖粉

15g   Butter, melt it 融化牛油

2tsp  Hot water热水

2tsp  Lemon juice 柠檬汁


Method:


1. Mix all the ingredients (except the butter ) and knead till form a dough. Add in butter and continue to knead till smooth dough, take out the dough onto a floured surface and lightly knead it. Set aside and rest for 1hour or double in size.

2. Punch it down, divide into 12 pieces(60g-62g each) and round the dough. Rest for 10 minutes.

3. Roll the dough into 50cm-60cm long. Then make the shape of wreath and set aside to rise for second time for 45 mins. 

4. Heat up oil (about 160°C) and fry in hot oil until golden brown, once done, coat with sugar glaze.


做法:

1.混合所有成分(黄油除外)并揉成面团。 加入黄油,继续揉至面团至光滑,将面团取出并放在面粉上,然后轻轻揉成面团。放置一旁待发1小时或至双倍大。

2.取出将其排气,将其分割12份(每份60g-62g),将面团滚圆。 休息10分钟。

3.将面团卷成50cm-60cm长。 然后制作花环的形状,并静置第二次待发45分钟。

4..烧开油(约160°C),然后在热油中炸至金黄色,一旦完成,沾上糖霜即可。
