I made some potato salad to eat with pita bread. Yummy!

CREAMY POTATO AND HAM SALAD
Ingredients:
Potatoes
Carrots
Ham
Seasoning:
Mayaonese
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Instructions :
- Steam the ham for 5-8 minutes. Cut into small pieces. Set aside.
- Wash the potatoes and carrots.
- Pllace the cleaned potatoes in a pot with water.
- Bring the water to a boil, add in a tablespoo of salt, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Cop the carrot as finely as possible. Set aside.
- Let the potatoes cook until they are done, but don’t over-cook the potatoes. When done, drain the water and remove the skin.
- Mash them while they're still hot.
- Add in some butter, salt, pepper and mayonese. Mix well.
- Add in chopped carrot and ham, mix well.
- Chilled before serving.
