 今天我做了一些橘子馒头来拜天公。馒头蓬松暄软,口感特别好!好看又好吃!😍

Mandarin Orange Steamed Buns

大吉大利桔子馒头/橘子🍊馒头


Ingredients材料:Make 4 buns(可做4个馒头)


80g milk牛奶

150g  all-purpose flour中筋面粉

1/4tsp(1.5g)instant yeast 即溶酵母

20g   Sugar 糖

Colouring 色素 (搓到你们喜欢的颜色)

60g Red bean paste 红豆沙

Decoration: Orange leaves 橘子叶 


Method:

1. Mix all ingredients except colouring and knead until a smooth soft dough is formed.

2. Take 80g of dough and mix with orange colouring and knead until all colour are even blended in dough.

3. Divide the orange coloured dough into 4 portions, 20g each and  shape into balls.

4. Divide the plain dough into 4 portions, 35g+- each and  shape into balls.

5. Divide the red bean paste 15g each and shape into balls.

6. Flaten the plain dough into a flat circle. Do the samething with the orange dough.

7. Put the plain dough onto orange dough. Stuffed in the filling and cover well and ferment for 30 minutes.

8.  Steam for 10-12 minutes in medium high heat.

9. When the time is up, turned off the heat and leave the lid in a small slit state for about 3-5 minutes.

10. Be careful when open the lid to avoid water drip on the buns.


方法:

1.混合所有成分,然后将其揉匀,直到形成光滑柔软的面团。

2.取80克面团,与橙色素混合,然后揉成团,直到所有颜色均匀地混入面团中。

3.将橙色面团分成4份,每份20克,滚圆。

4.将普通的面团分成4份,每份35克,滚圆。

5.将红豆沙各分成15克,滚圆。

6.将普通面团压成一个扁平的圆圈。以同样的做法把橙色面团压扁。

7.将普通面团放在橙色面团上。包馅,盖好,发酵30分钟。

8.中大火蒸10-12分钟即可。

9.时间到就熄火,保持盖子有一个小缝状态约3-5分钟。这样蒸出来的包子才不会皱皮。

10. 打开盖子时要小心,以免水滴在包子上。
