Purple Sweet Potato Hee Ban紫薯喜粄

见冰箱里还有剩下的紫薯,所以动手做了这个超简单的糕点来吃。没有香蕉叶,于是用了蛋糕纸杯吧!方便又好用,不需要剪圆形,超实用的!😊

Seeing there are leftover purple sweet potatoes in the refrigerator, so I made this super simple and easy to make pastry to eat. No banana leaves, so I use paper cupcake ! Convenient and easy to use, no need to cut round shape, super practical!






Purple Sweet Potato Hee Ban紫薯喜粄


Ingredients: 

Glutinous rice flour 100g

All purpose flour 150g

Castor sugar 75g,

Yeast 1 tsp(3g) 

Purple sweet potato puree 140g

Water 100g-150g * (Don’t use it up at once, keep some, depending on the water absorption of the flour.) 

Corn oil 15g


Instruction:

1.  Mix all the ingredients and knead them into smooth dough (except Corn oil). Add in corn oil and kneed till a smooth dough, evenly divided 45g each, can be made 12 pieces. 

2. Add in 1 tbsp of coconut filling and round into a ball then slightly flatten it and put on a  banana leaf or baking paper and ferment for 30 minutes.

3. Prepare a pot of hot water and steam on midium heat for 12 minutes, turn off the heat and open the lid a little hole, let sit for 2 minutes.

4. Carefully remove the lid to avoid water dripping on Hee Ban, let it cool. 


材料:

糯米粉100g

面粉150g

幼糖75g

酵母1茶匙3g

紫薯140g

清水100g-150g*(不要一次用完,保留一些,看面粉的吸水量)

粟米油15g


做法:

1. 将全部材料拌匀,搓成光滑面团(除了粟米油), 然后,加入粟米油搓均匀,分割45g粒,可以约12粒。

2. 放入一汤匙椰丝馅后搓圆,放在已涂油的香蕉叶上或烘培纸上按扁,发酵30分钟。

3. 準备一锅热水,中小火蒸12分钟即可。打开小缝,静置2分钟后。

4. 小心打开盖子,以防水滴到喜粄上,取出待凉。
