Quick and easy, almost 0 net carb cloud bread, best for making sandwiches. 😊
Ingredients:
3 large eggs(separeted)
85g cream cheese softened
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 dash salt
1 pinch cream of tartar preferred but not required*
**ONLY 0.6g carb per roll.
Method:
- Mix egg yolks and cream cheese, mix well.
- Beat egg whites with cream of tartar at high speed. Then add in baking powder and salt, continue beating for a minute.
- Mix the meringue into the egg yolk batter and mix well.
- Scoop a big spoon of batter on baking pan( with parchement paper). You will make about 10 cloud breads in this recipe.
- Bake at 160℃ for 30 minutes.
