Low Carb Keto Cloud Bread

Ingredients:

3 large eggs(separeted)

85g cream cheese softened

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 dash salt

1 pinch cream of tartar preferred but not required*

**ONLY 0.6g carb per roll.


Method:

  1. Mix egg yolks and cream cheese, mix well.
  2. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar at high speed. Then add in baking powder and salt, continue beating for a minute.
  3. Mix the meringue into the egg yolk batter and mix well.
  4. Scoop a big spoon of batter on baking pan( with parchement paper). You will make about 10 cloud breads in this recipe.
  5. Bake at 160℃ for 30 minutes.
